AWARENESS
At the Youth Power Project, we believe that awareness is more than a hashtag or a campaign—it’s about changing how people recognize, feel, talk about, and respond to their needs.
🤝 Partnerships That Build Trust
We collaborate with crisis services, universities, and youth organizations to amplify credible mental health messaging that actually resonates with young people—especially those who have been historically left out of the conversation.

🔊 Peer-Led Storytelling
We train young people with lived experience to share their mental health journeys in ways that are honest, responsible, and relatable. Our storytelling reaches hundreds of thousands of youth online and helps break down the stigma that still silences so many.

📱 Social Media Campaigns
Our digital campaigns meet young people where they are—on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We pair powerful personal stories with trusted resources, so viewers not only feel seen, but know where to turn for help.

🧠 Education Through Lived Experience
We publish resources and offer toolkits, trainings, and workshops rooted in real stories—not clinical jargon. Our content doesn’t just raise awareness; it reshapes the way people understand mental health and help-seeking.

Too often, “awareness” efforts are performative, overly clinical, or disconnected from real youth experiences. We’re changing that by making awareness feel personal, urgent, and empowering, because the right story, told by the right person, at the right time, can save a life.
Our content engages over 100,000 young people / month!
